This is a one bedroom cottage with additional study on a dual occupancy block, situated close to the CBD and shopping. The block is elevated with views.
The cottage is freshly painted with new window treatments and reverse cycle heating. There is also a private deck.
There is no oven or stove top, but the kitchen is equipped with microwave, electric frypan, bench top hot plate and toaster oven. There is also an air fryer available.
The owners will be away for approximately three months and want the property to have a 'lived in' look.
The property would suit a single person. Pets are OK.
Mature quiet non smoker preferred.
