About this house sitting position in Oallen
Set on nearly 250 acres, 1 hour from Nowra, 1.5 hours from Canberra, we have a weekender that accommodates 20pp.
We have a separate lodging for caretakers being a colorbond converted barn which will have a new kitchen in January, consisting of 2 bedrooms, combined bathroom/laundry, lounge with fireplace. Electricity/Phone/Foxtel are covered by us. Firewood, gas for cook top and internet at you're own expense.
We are ideally looking for a long term couple who has experience in gardening and cleaning to clean main house (approx 20hrs per week -paid when main house is rented which is most weekends up to May 2019, bookings are handled by myself) and maintain pool in summer and grounds around main house. We have 7 beautiful chickens and koi in the pond that need feeding, guests usually feed them on weekends, so mid week feeds required.
You are welcome to travel during weekends and mid week after house is prepared for next guests. There is quite a lot to explore in our area, Historic Braidwood, Nowra, Jarvis Bay, Bowral, Goulburn, Canberra, The South Coast.
