About this house sitting position in ocean grove
we live on an acre of landscaped native garden on the outskirts of Ocean Grove. Our house is a welcoming, north facing home with views of the garden. We’re surrounded by nature, a cacophany of birdsong, otherwise it’s a private restful sanctuary.
We have a well behaved, friendly, medium sized dog (border collie cross) called Fossey who needs feeding breakfast and dinner, and a good walk on the beach daily. We also have 3 chickens who need locking away from the wiley fox and feeding/watering daily.
We’re 3minutes walk from the Ocean Grove Nature Reserve, 8 mins bike ride from shopping strip, restaurants and bars, 5 mins drive from pristine beach and the Barwon river. 20 mins drive from the ferry to Sorrento, and on to Gippsland.
A great place as a base to access the Great Ocean Road, the Twelve Apostles, and the Otways, magnificent beaches and nature, along with all the restaurants bars galleries wineries. wonderful hiking, bike riding, golfing, surfing, fishing, sailing, fresh produce, arts and crafts and culture on offer in this vibrant coastal region.
