About this house sitting position in Orelia

This is an old but very neat and tidy 3 bedroom brick and tile house on a slightly raised corner block with a back patio that is enclosed by double gates so the backyard is secure. It has a security alarm system but is not moniterred. There are lawns of sorts out the front but these will be done by a lawnmower man twice whilst I am away . It has a lovely outlook from the front windows and you will notice that because my hobby is stained glass that there is an abundance of it throughout the house ( there is a room built on the side of the house that is my studio but this is kept locked for safety reasons) It is not the best of area for mobile phone reception ( the best places are out the back clear of the patio and out the front ) I have a small amount of solar panels on the roof. I have a reticulation system out the front but it will be turned off. If needed there is a bus stop virtually outside my front door which takes you to the local centre going 1 way and to the local train station going the other. My bedroom is locked but you have the run of the rest of the house. there is a gas stove and a microwave in the kitchen and BIG tv in the lounge, the sitter's bedroom is at the back of the house where it is very quiet.
