About this house sitting position in Ormeau

Hi we are seeking a couple (preferably) who can house sit and look after our 2 ragdoll cats and two dogs. May 9 2024 until July 2 2024. Would prefer a couple with own van, but use of house is fine. Need to be ok with some push mowing around where ride on doesn’t reach. Also edges probably twice in the time we are away. The block is only 1200 m so not that big. Access to power and water.
The house sit will be in ormeau which is on the outskirts of Brisbane and close to the Gold Coast themes parks. Our home is walking distance to local shops, including a supermarket- coles. We are easy access from the M1 and have a large flat yard for those with their own van. The house is a three bed two bath. The cats are inside cats and have their own outdoor space. Their litter tray is outside and we clean it twice a day so no smell. The dogs are free to roam both inside and outside in the large yard. But they would love to be walked if possible. The train station is near by and provides easy no fuss access to brisbane. Some light cleaning daily would be required as the animals are inside at times.
