About this house sitting position in Palm Beach

My unit:
located in Palm Beach within a small complex of 8 units in very peaceful & green garden setting. My unit is on the ground floor and tucked away done the end so nice and quiet.
The beach is a 2 minute walk away directly, just directly across the highway, bus stops 1 minute walk away + free street parking.

My dog:
I have a very handsome male Pug x Kelpie. He is 6 years old and lives inside, very friendly with both humans and other dogs, 80% toilet trained, and very active. I am looking for a house sitter who is preferably not working in order to be able to be at the unit for majority of the stay. As my dig loves company, he requires to be walked everyday + short block walk for the toilet Morning + Evening.
