**still available** I have a nice two bedroom unit with a small backyard & deck, just a few minutes walk from the beach as well as shops, cafes & train. My beautiful cat Indy needs company as she is a very affectionate and she can not get enough attention! So it is absolutely necessary to be a true cat lover. She is very healthy and easy to look after and otherwise just keep the place reasonably clean.
