About this house sitting position in Parkwood, Perth

We live in a quiet suburb, 20 km south of the Perth cbd. We are near park lands, a golf course, the Canning River and a shopping centre. Our suburb is serviced by Transperth buses that also connect to train services. Our 3-bedroom, 2 bath house has aircon, a back veranda, a 2-car garage and a small reticulated garden.
We will be away for a fortnight the first- two weeks of March 2019, specifically from the 3rd- 18th. So we would require TLC for our two dogs (a Labrador and an 8- month Dobermann) and a pet cuckatoo. Apart from caring for our pets, we require minimal upkeep of the house, clearing our letter box everyday and handwatering of a few plants on non-reticulation days. If possible, we would appreciate the would-be Carer for our pets to move into our spare bedroom the day immediately prior to our departure, I. e. the 2nd of March. Thank you!
