About this house sitting position in Peregian Springs

4 bedroom home close to shops. 5 mins from beach.
3 cats and 2 rats to feed daily/clean up after and garden to keep watered. Lawns once a week to mow. Bins out each week and collect mail/papers.
Keep house generally tidy (esp kitchen and bathrooms). We have 4 tenants that live here all in their early 20's. They come and go but unfortunately none are guaranteed to be there during our time away.
House sitter will have main bedroom with ensuite for private use. And access to the private Rec Club (tennis courts, gym, pool, cafe, common room - rarely used). Wifi at house as well as club.
