About this house sitting position in Point Cook

I am looking for someone to watch my home while I travel for work. I am home maybe once or twice a month so ideally I would like someone to be there for the weeks that I'm away but you're also welcome to stay when I'm there as well :)

I'm an animal lover at heart and while I don't have any animals at the moment, you're welcome to bring your furbaby - preferably dogs as cats seem to trigger my allergies (even though I love cats!)

I have a beautiful double story open plan home in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Public transport is fairly limited in my area due to it being a new-ish estate so you'll need a vehicle to get to the shopping centres. However, there is a local IGA and plenty of dog parks which are all within 20mins walking distance. If you have a vehicle, you can park on the street at the front of the house :)

You will be given your own bedroom and bathroom to use, which are both on the second floor. I have plenty of towels and linen but you are also welcome to BYO. I also have a home gym in the garage which you're welcome to use whenever you like (please don't hurt yourself!) I have a separate office space downstairs which you're more than welcome to use when I'm away. There are some black spots in certain parts of the house so you'll need to ensure you have wi-fi calling on your phone.

I have a garden man who comes once every 1-2 months so no need to maintain the lawns.

I would prefer a female, largely due to my line of work. However I'm open to couples.

I have set the dates for 1 month, however, I'm happy to negotiate longer stays (and would actually prefer it!)

Your furbaby is welcome inside my home but please keep an eye on them in the back yard as one of the fence pailings is slightly shorter than the rest, which means he/she may be able to slip underneath and end up at the neighbours 😅

My neighbours are also incredibly lovely people, many of whom I've known for several years now and they're always happy to say hello :)
