Small ground floor 3 bedroom home one street back from beach, but main bedroom and ensuite available for use, small garden and fenced yard.
Short walk to coffee shop and walking path along the Esplanade.
Public transport pickup at front door to shopping centre when using Translink app. Off street parking. Prefer non smoking and without pets. There is no internet to the house. Friendly neighbours.
Our preference is for retirees to look after the house.
