About this house sitting position in Primrose Sands

Allan and I have a cliff top beach cottage with 190 degree water views overlooking Fredrick Henry Bay. As much as we love it, we love travelling too and are heading on a cruise during this period. Although autumn is our favourite time of year here...sunny, few winds, little rain and brilliantly clear skies for enjoying the Southern Aurora, it’s the only time that the trip we want to do is possible.
The cottage has all mod cons including air conditioning/ heating, a dishwasher, Foxtel, Netflix and wi fi, so you will be comfortable.
Our only concern is our animals' well being. We have one senior cat, Oscar, an elderly German Shepherd, Hugo, some feral hens and local wild birds to be cared for!
You will need your own car as Primrose has little public transport.
The garden is established and just needs standard maintenance unless you’re passionate gardeners, in which case go for it!
The cottage is only about ten squares so easily maintained; your biggest problem will be vacuuming up sand from beach walks! As it will be cooler, Hugo shouldn’t be moulting.
We're usually Airbnb hosts so our animals are used to lots of visitors. Naturally, we've taken down our ad for the length of our absence.
We're happy to provide references from previous house sitting couples who had a wonderful time here and showed no desire to leave!

There will be very little work for you to do and your only expenses will be food and petrol. Our bills will be managed on our behalf as will any house issues and a visiting vet will ensure the animals stay healthy or, if one becomes terribly ill, will determine whether to treat him or put him down, so that is not a decision you wtneed to make.
