We have a 5 bed 3 bathroomed detached family home with a pool. We are within walking distance to the train station only 10 mins up a slight hill. By train it only takes 30 mins into Sydney CBD or by car only 20 mins. There is a local shopping centre St Ives ,which is within walking distance 15 mins or 2 mins by car, the shopping centre has some good coffee shops, clothes shops Witchery,RM Williams, Sportscraft etc and a supermarket. .
We have a 6 year old chocolate Labrador, 1 rabbit, 1 guinea pig and 4 gold fish !
