About this house sitting position in Qld

Hello,
I am visiting my family for the festive season and am seeking a sitter to care and love my 2 indoor cats, Jack and Rou.
There is a local IGA, restaurants, barista, and other small shops approx 300m away with a bus stop across the road. Close by is a Greg Norman designed golf course, lovely walking trails and Woolworths etc.
My home is single story in a quiet street.
Apart from caring for my 2 cats and home I am asking the sitter to:
- collect the mail, take the bins in and out, mist the indoor plants, and water the garden, if necessary.
Rou and Jack are feed dry food in the morning and wet food followed by dry food in the evening, with maybe some snacks through the day.
Ensure fresh water. Their kitty litter would need clearing at least twice a day.
The sitter will have the spare bedroom with bathroom and toilet, kitchen, lounge room, and laundry available.
