Older style renovated home, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom, it's 2 story but no need to go upstairs as there are 2 bedrooms downstairs. We have a brand new raised pergola out the back. New kitchen, bathroom. Lovely leafy, quiet neighbourhood away from the main road, very central 10 mins to Westfield Kotara and 10 mins to Charleston Square. Two kms to John Hunter Hospital. Only 15 minutes to Merewether beach.
I have one small quiet loving dog, one easygoing cat and 3 small birds. My animals mean the world to me so I need someone that loves and cares about animals.
