4 bedroom duplex home - but one is used as the junk room. Very nice landscaped gardens front and back each with automatic irrigation system. Beautiful central location few minutes walking distance to Civic, the Lake, Campbell.
House is very comfortable with good heating and solar energy just installed, close to public transport, within the Parliamentary Triangle and easy driving distance to most tourist attractions, including a few minutes walk to the War Memorial.
House has large TV, two patios and gardens. No bills or expenses expected apart from your food, and even then I have pantry items that you would be welcome to use if needed !!
