Victorian cottage. 2 bedroom. Burnley Station at doorstep. Trams 2 mins. walk. Need tidy person, collect any mail, feed cat and small dog for walks look after small garden. Off street parking only. Renovated kitchen, small bathroom/laundry. Air conditioner and 2 heaters. Cosy home. I do need an older woman as my cat is scared of men. She came from cat home so don't know her early history
