About this house sitting position in Rockingham

I live in a lovely 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home very close to 3 different beaches in Perth’s southern suburbs. You’ll have access to free wifi, air conditioning if required, a dishwasher and a comfy space to stay. There is a small shopping centre across the road and a large shopping centre within 7 minutes drive. If you don’t have a car, don’t worry as public transport is 4 doors away that can take you to the beach, shopping centre and train station.
The plants in front of main bedroom and down side of house may need watering if there’s been no rain.
I lost one of my cats to bowel cancer over Easter and his brother is missing him badly. He is easy going cat that is likely to be a bit shy until he knows you’ll give him lots of pats. He just needs his food and litter tray emptied of mess. He’s not one to be picked up for long but will gladly sit on your lap.
No smoking inside the house please
