Gorgeous 21 acre hobby farm with cows on agistment. You don't need to anything with the cows. Two very friendly dogs which just need food and love. Garden is very low maintenance and only needs a water every now and then. Beautiful country house with country kitchen, spa bath in your bathroom and large living area with an awesome fire that pumps out the heat throughout the whole house. Plenty of wood already chopped to keep you warm. The name of the property is Tushita farm. Tushita means 'Heaven', "Nirvana' and 'Paradise'. It is just perfect for those wanting an escape as the Rose River literally is on our back door and filled with trout and red fin for fishing. We are in the scenic King Valley wine region and Tushita farm is the perfect spot to then go visit all the wineries and surrounding villages and alpine region towns or even the snow! We have no ( or limited dependant on provider) mobile reception, however there is very fast satellite internet connection. We are 15 minutes from the nearest village. If you have a caravan and wish to stay in the caravan then you can as we can provide water and power for the van.
