modern 4 bedroom , 3 bathroom home. single level. open kitchen/dining/family room. Central heating, R/C aircon.
nice backyard. Neighborhood, quiet, residential, family. safe and very quiet. Good walking area. We are approximately 5 minute drive to the beaches, Rosebud Shopping Centre. Also very close to Red Hill area. House has all mod cons, including microwave, coffee maker. Foxel and DVD. we care most about our wonderful Spoodle. She is about 10 years old, and the most adorable easy dog on earth!! she requires a good walk each day 30-40 minutes ( longer if you wish) and lots of cuddles! Not to be left alone for long periods .( 4 hours max) if there is a dry spell, the garden would require a bit of watering.
