My sunny modern 2 bedroom has a bus stop in front of small block. I have a white cat (Ebony) that is everything to me. Ebony can go on the balcony and out side via a cat flap that is on a timer, so she is in at night. I change her litter every time she uses it as located in the bathroom. I leave an Eb love letter with details of requirements, to make it simple, she iis very easy to care for and loves a cuddle once she gets to know you. Plants in unit and on balcony need to be watered, this often gets missed unfortunately , I love my plants. .Eb’s is scared of men, she is a rescue cat, so looking for a lady. I am looking for someone that is available regularly not a one off event, I am away regularly, and also wanting someone for Christmas from 21/12 to 02/01.
Carport is available only if I am away driving. Please supply references and police checks
It's a small unit block so we have a garbage roster it may fall on my turn just need to put out and bring back in And collect the mail.

A NON SMOKER please and the unit to be kept clean. Bus stop in front of unit or more options for busses 5 minutes walk Away. Bay Run, 10 minute walk, plenty to do,with , restaurants and pubs just down the
road.
