About this house sitting position in Safety Beach

Quiet location, 3 mins walk from the beach. Fully fenced. Main bedroom, ensuite, lounge and eat in kitchen all one level, with small study area above. Kitchen-diningroom opens to deck. Mod cons and Foxtel, also ADSL. We have two other ensuite bedrooms and a camp kitchen below the main house. Currently the one room and kitchen is occupied by boarders who are self sufficient except for occasional use of the washing machine. For most of this period they will be away anyway.
Our active cattle DogX - Bella needs to be looked after and exercised and the garden will need to be watered as well as the pot plants on the deck if there is not enough rain. Space for a medium sized caravan or motorhome. Sorry but no undercover parking for cars.
