About this house sitting position in Samford Valley

My husband and I live in our granny flat on 7 acres in Samford Valley. We have 3 horses, 2 dogs (1 blind), and a large aquarium with tropical fish.
My 3 teenage daughters stay in the house bedrooms. They are all good girls though given the youngest is still 15 and the oldest 18 is hardly ever here we would like a couple to come stay from 19 Dec through to around 4 Jan (we can be flexible with dates as Darren & I can stay in the house if you wish to stay in the granny flat more or less time). The girls won't be having any parties etc while we are away and will be away with friends and family at times also. We would leave a car here and there may be the occasion we would ask you to drive our daughter to the train station or pick her up, no night time driving though.
We have established lots of gardens this year and would dearly love someone to ensure they get enough water to live while we are away. We have a pool you can use and the area has lots of trails in the area to enjoy.
