Secure, cozy, private one-story villa 5-minute walk from beautiful Scarborough Beach in quiet street. Close to shops, public transport, cafes, restaurants. Retro style, international/ethnic type of furnishings, kind of 'boho' with a tranquil garden courtyard. No pets but the garden needs to be looked after, particularly in heat of summer! Would like reliable TIDY, CLEAN, MATURE, NON-SMOKING, EXPERIENCED, QUIET house-sitter for a month (or part thereof) over the Christmas/NY holidays. Thanks!
