About this house sitting position in Seacombe Gardens

I have a five bedroom, 2 toilet, 1 bathroom home with a big backyard.

I will be overseas visiting my elderly parents and will need someone to house sit while I am away.

I have a 4 year old male cat named Oreo. He is a very easy going indoor outdoor cat.

I have a 4 year old male mini lop rabbit named Cloud. He is a free roaming outdoor rabbit. He has his own outdoor enclosure. He also has an indoor enclosure in the dining room that he stays in at night when it gets too cold or too hot outside.

I have a one year old male Morkipoo named Coby. He is a mix of Yorkshire Terrier, Maltese and Poodle. He has only been with us for a few months. Unfortunately, he has some anxiety and can get a bit reactive when afraid i.e barking. The vet said it is due to previous owner not socialising him. We have found that he is otherwise a very loving, attentive, loyal, playful and devoted companion. He enjoys playing with the rabbit outside.

The right house sitter for us would be someone responsible and confident, who understands animal behaviour and is willing to help train my dog. They will need to feed and interact with the animals daily and water the plants every other day. Taking the dog for short walks a couple of times a week would be great too. Keeping the house clean and tidy is essential. Putting out the bins every Thursday night is important too. Duties overall are very simple and straightforward. Food will be provided for animals. The house sitter will also be able to get in touch with my emergency contact (who lives 20 minutes away) if they need help or have any questions.

In return, the house sitter can enjoy the spaciousness of the house. Use the digital piano in the living room, TV in the dining room, fridge/ freezer space, WiFi and gas BBQ in the shed.
