5 bedroom 2 storey brick home, enclosed front yard and rear pool. Bedrooms upstairs and spacious open living downstairs. Yard and pool are maintained. Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac 200 metres from the water and a 3-5 minute walk to cafes & restaurants.

We are looking for a mature person or couple, non-smokers, to care for and respect our home, keeping it tidy and clean in our absence, bring in mail, to love, walk and care for our toy poodle. A small dog would be welcome.
