About this house sitting position in Soldiers Hill

We are looking for a house sitter to look after our 12 year old pugalier, Hildy, and 4 chickens while we are away for 10 days. Hildy has an esophageal stricture, which means she is unable to swallow anything with a diameter greater than 10mm. She is only able to eat soft dog food from a slow feed bowl. She has a tendency to try to eat plastic, rubber, sticks, tan-bark, etc., so she can't be unsupervised in the back yard. However, these days she is basically a couch potato and will sleep most of the day.
The chickens have their own area at the back of the garden and are pretty happy with their own company.

House sitter will include feeding and watering the dog, walking the dog (slowly around the block) and cleaning up after her, collecting mail, watering indoor plants and the lawn depending on the weather, keeping the chicken feed and water topped up, scooping chicken poop from under the roost, collecting the eggs, letting chickens out in the morning and locking them up at night.
The house is a Victorian weatherboard located in a quiet street in Soldiers Hill, Ballarat. The house has two bedrooms (one with king bed, the other with a sofa bed) an office and two bathrooms, with an open plan living/kitchen/dining area and a laundry/pantry extension.
