About this house sitting position in South Canberra

We have a three bedroom home and a nice garden. Two bedrooms have a single bed and one has a double sofa bed. The sofa bed is comfortable but the room is not very big. We have a well trained Labrador cross who is very affectionate. We need someone who will look after the house and garden and keep our dog company and take her for walks.
We would appreciate our dog getting to know you before we go, and would prefer someone who doesn't work full time.
