Located in older part of town. 10 min walk to beach. Corner store 200m. Hotel 300m. Deli 300m. Very convenient to city. House is 6yo easy to maintain. Fully air-conditioned. Bus stop 150m. Garden and surrounds very leafy and pleasant. Cool sea breezes. Access both front and rear of property. Parking on street or driveway. We will have car in the shed and the boat in driveway near garage.
Sitters requested to maintain/mow very small lawn and tend garden e.g. clear leaves, mow lawn, water lawn and plants, prune shrubs etc as needed. Normal interior maintenance and cleaning. Sitter to pay gas/ electricity account. Non smoking indoors. No extra residents without permission. Sitters should ensure they have appropriate insurance.
