Close to public transport, shopping in Toorak Road, Chapel Street and Richmond and with front and rear balconies enjoying views over the city skyline and out to the Dandenong Ranges. Two dogs - a docile lab and a very friendly cavoodle, as well as a loving cat. Wifi and Netflix.
