This is a hobby farm on beautiful undulating country with cattle and two friendly dogs (labradors).The dogs need some exercise, feeding and company. The nearest small town (Yackandandah) for shopping and services is 10 km away and a larger town (Wodonga) with all supplies is 18 km away. Non-smokers and no pets only please. This is a beautiful part of Victoria with wineries, rivers and snowfields all accessible for day trips. This sit is ideally suited to a retired couple who enjoy relaxing around the fire taking in the great views, abundant bird life - all in a beautiful rural, tranquil setting. No farm chores are required. Not suited to children.
