We live in a 3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse. There are only 4 units in the complex. Located only 3 minutes from the city with easy access to town. There is a bus stop down the road if you do not have transport. The house is fully air conditioned with a spare bedroom and own bathroom for your stay.

We don't have a garden but have a few pots which need to be watered and maintained.

There is an inground pool (small) which pretty well looks after itself but needs an eye kept on it. Very easy to look after.

The outdoor space is perfect for reading and relaxing and is very private.
