I have a three bedroom, brick home in town, with solar power and NBN Wifi. Close to CBD, major shopping center, public transport and only 20 minutes to Bargara Beach. Quiet but friendly neighbors. Easy care gardens, only require water during very hot and dry times, unless you love to garden and they will take as much love as you are willing to give.
I have a very timid 13 year old Devon Rex cat, called Kinky. She is an inside only cat who does not respond well to males with big voices. She is a sweet little soul and no trouble, very affectionate once she gets to know you. Her only requirements are feeding, watering and clean litter.
