About this house sitting position in SWAN REACH

We are looking for a mature couple who love animals and will care for our home & garden. Our property is a 4-acre hobby farm with modern house, garage & large shed, and situated a short walk to a river for fishing & boating, and easy drive to the popular holiday resorts of Metung and Lakes Entrance. There is plenty of yard space for your caravan/motor home and you will have full use of the house and facilities. There is an open plan kitchen/family room with modern appliances, ducted air-conditioning & heating, theatre room with Netflix and unlimited wi-fi.
Our main concern is that our pets are well cared for. We have 2 dogs - a Border Collie & a little Tibetan Spaniel, an elderly cat and 4 alpacas in a rear paddock who will need extra feed 3 times per week & water trough maintained. There is a veggie garden for your use, some flower beds for watering and grassed area around the house for mowing on a ride-on.
