About this house sitting position in Tacoma

My husband Trevor and I live on the Central Coast near Wyong. We have 4 dogs and a lovely home that'll need looking after while we're away overseas for up to six weeks from 9th July to 19th August, 2018.

The dogs are 2 x Cavalier King Charles (Julian 9yrs and Piper 5yrs), Franky (Xmaltese/shih tzu 7yrs) and Emma (XChihuahua/shihtzu 4yrs). They are indoor dogs at night or wet/cold days and outdoor dogs when it's sunny. Yes, they are very affectionate and very spoilt indeed. They have 2 doggy doors which give them 24/7 access when the need to go outside arises, but these are lockable (they will lounge around on the sofas ALL day if given the chance!) We have a 4 bedroom house with a large backyard that looks out the back at cows in a paddock, (which is the neighbours property).
Tacoma is a small, quiet suburb with very little traffic in our street. We're 5 minutes drive from Wyong, 10 minutes from Tuggerah Westfield in the south or Lakehaven Shopping Centre, also 10 mins drive just to the north of us.
We often walk our dogs along the Wyong River which is at the end of our street and leads up to the oval at the end of the point where the river flows into Tuggerah Lake.
There is an 'off leash' dog friendly park about 5 minutes drive from us along the Tuggerah Lake and they know this well too.
North Shelley Beach is 20 mins drive away and is a dog friendly beach which my lot adore, but, of course, then there's the inevitable bath in the tub afterwards (downside to being inside dogs!)
Little Emma is red meat protein intolerant and is on a salmon/anchovy diet. This isn't crucial (she's pinched the others leftovers when they leave their bowls) but hasn't scratched herself raw - which is what she was when she was handed into the Rescue place we got her from). We think we have the allergy under control ever since she arrived with us 8 months ago and she's maintained her gorgeous, fluffy fur all over!
They all get along very well, are very playful and are used to long walks, drives to parks and playing fetch with their toys.
