About this house sitting position in Terrey Hills

Hi, I'm looking for a house sitter to mind our two small dogs (cavoodle and terrier x) and two cockatiels while we are away. We live in Terrey Hills in a small 2 bedroom house.
It would be great if the dogs could be walked once a day and just love them like your own. The dogs are inside dogs (have access to a dog door so come in and out as they please) who also sleep with us on the bed.
The cockatiels love to be talked to :) just need to have their food and water topped up and covered up at night.
House is very low maintenance (small paved garden area with small grass patch) so the main need is to walk and feed the dogs.
We are located across the road from a little set of shops that has everything. Close to public transport into the city and a 15min drive to the beach
We also have off street parking
