We have a cottage lot on a corner in a very peaceful, small subdivision. One side of the house is walled and other fenced. We are a five minute walk to The Vines Resort and Golf Club. Ellenbrook is a 10 minute drive a d has a shopoing centre, meducal centres and cafes. We are 10 minutes drive to the Swan Valley. Our home is easy to maintain and clean. We have an alfresco and lovely courtyard. We have a master bedroom with king sized bed and ensuite, art studio, study, 3nd bathroom with bath, and TV room. Its easy living. Our pets are Charley, the Mini Moodle who loves chasing balls and our kitten CocoPops who is adorable. They play with each other. Its a good spot for exploring the Swan Valley, Gingin, the Hills or travelling 45 minutes to beaches and Hillarys Boat Harbour.
