Generous 3 bedroom home on a quiet street but an easy walk to High Street with all its amenities with tram and train options into Melbourne CBD.
House comes with 2 cats (Pumpkin Pie and Tweetie Pie) both outdoor cats so pretty easy to deal with. They are lapcats once they get to know you, so always good if the weather gets a little colder.
House has all the mod-cons and heating and cooling options. Oh and has a bath :)
