About this house sitting position in Tingalpa
DESPERATELY SEEKING HOUSESITTER. Organised sitter has pulled out.
4 bedroom house with 3 dogs, a snake and geckos.
Brand new kitchen and aircon installed.
Akita - Saki - has been going through specialist training; and requires someone that is willing and capable to learn what is needed to continue her training while I’m gone; and on her walks. She has to be walked with a muzzle on. She must also be walked separately to Yuki and Pickles (Shiba inus); so this housesit will require at least 2 walks a day.
Happy for you to come a day or two early so I can show you the processes around the house.

“Karen was easy to communicate with and her instructions/information re the house and animals were excellent.
The house and lawn were easy to maintain. Battery mower and line trimmer help.
The geckoes are no trouble to attend to. Arrow, the python, is very relaxed but mainly likes to curl up in his cubby-hole so if you are not keen on snakes you can easily replace his floor paper without handling him.
Pickles and Yuki, are easy going but occasionally bark in the middle of the night. Saki has a lovely nature with people but is big and enthusiastic. She does not like other dogs so on walks you need to be alert and give her strong direction when needed. Karen gives good guidelines on how to manage her but you do need to be confident.
Meal preparation for the dogs is more time consuming than usual.” - Read more
