Seeking a house and pet sitter for a short stay from 29th march- 15th April

ABOUT THE HOUSE
New clean 3 bedroom home (extra large townhouse) with 1 king bed and 1 X queen bed
the third room has no bed.
Both beds will have fresh clean linen.
Unlimited Internet, TV, streaming, Xbox .
Lockup garage.
Outdoor patio.
Quiet neighborhood and perfect for single or couple stay.

ABOUT THE PET
Main reason for requesting a house sitter is to look after my golden retriever. He is very gentle and friendly and low maintenance.
Friendly to visitors, doesn't bark and good for walking.
He will require atleast 1 X walk over day and preferably 2.

Seeking a short convenient stay for someone that needs a home for a couple of weeks

I would require a prior meet up or video call.
