About this house sitting position in TINGHA
2 bedroom home with air conditioner in lounge room. Dining room, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, bath and shower, and laundry. Front verandah and rear covered deck. Garage, and carport with high roof. Outdoor toilet. Large open grass backyard. Block is fully fenced. House is near to the local Police Station. School Bus stop out front also for Tingha to Armidale service on Tuesdays. Quiet neighbourhood. Little traffic. 25kms to Inverell for larger shopping requirements. The house is not suitable for large families unless your own caravan is also utilised. I have no pets. Plenty to do around the vicinity as you will find via web search. 8 hours from Sydney and 6 to Brisbane by car. Airport nearby for flights to both cities. Internet router is available for connection. I just use data via phone.
