About this house sitting position in Toogoom

We're looking for a quiet, clean and responsible housesitter for four weeks. Our place is a small beachfront house on the Fraser Coast Bay.

We need our four indoor cats to be fed (sitter needs to be ok with handling a raw meat diet for them) and their kitty litters to be taken care of. We have lots of stacker and sliding doors with security screens to keep the kitties in while you still have the feeling to be outdoors overlooking the yard with ocean glimpses.
Our guinea pigs need feeding as well as cleaning and moving their cage on the lawn daily.
We also have a small aviary with cockatiels and quails that need care every couple of days.
Most of our garden beds are connected to an automated watering system but the raised veggie garden needs manual watering.
We have a small patch of lawn plus front yard that may need to be mowed once or twice in that time.

Important: we run a holiday house nearby and in case our regular cleaner can't do her job between guests, we would ask our housesitter to do the clean. This means that you need to be physically fit to do a 3-4 hour clean including making beds and be able to follow our cleaning procedure thoroughly to maintain the standard that our guests are paying for. This may or may not be necessary (only if our cleaner is unavailable / sick) and will be paid.

All in all this can be an easy, low maintenance beach getaway for someone to give our pets some attention and care, look after our property responsibly (and not just want free accommodation) and step in at the guest house if needed.

There's room to park a smaller caravan along the outside of the front fence - where the trailer is in the photo (we're in a 40kmh residents only street) or feel free to use our bedroom.

Best part about our place:
the beach is very quiet, ideal for long walks to the boat ramp and creek. The waters are calm and perfect for swimming, SUPing, kayaking, fishing, crabbing etc. Hervey Bay is 12 minutes away

Worst part (if it bothers you):
we don't watch much TV and only have very few channels on our small TV.
We don't have a bed frame, just a king sized good quality mattress on the floor.
