About this house sitting position in Tooradin

Our comfortable house is on 1 acre at Tooradin, gateway to South Gippsland and the Bass Coast and a short drive across to the Mornington Peninsula.

2 dogs, 2 cats and goldfish need a semi retired/retired couple to care for them. They are used to having people at home but can be left for several hours with toys and treats. The border collie cross is a timid 3 year old who really doesn't like walks but will happily play ball and frisbie in the yard. The pup, a 12 month old old english sheepdog (who will be clipped so no grooming required), is a work in progress. He chases the border collie X and is ok with walking but not that fussed.

The 2 elderly cats need twice weekly attention to their eyes which they readily accept. They are mostly content to laze around their caves or in the sun.

Some grass mowing and garden watering may be needed. The garden is low maintenance, except for the vegie garden and some house plants which require regular watering.

We have a solar heated pool. The cleaning system is mostly automated but there needs to be some cleaning of filters etc.
