About this house sitting position in Tranmere

Our home is newly built and sits in a landscaped garden. It is solar passive and has won many architectural awards. We have a large library and the house lends itself to relaxing and reading or simply sitting in the garden. We live right near a bus stop. There are beaches 5 minutes walk either direction. Local shops are 5 minute walk and there is a supermarket 10 minutes away. We are wanting someone who will water our garden and feed our 19 year old cat. The city of Hobart is a 10 minute drive away.
