Keep the house and garden safe, clean and tidy. Cut lawns and water plants when necessary. Keep our dog, 4 yo Labrador Murphy, safe and healthy, fed, watered, walked and loved.
Our home is a 5 bed, 3 bath, two living area modern house on a large block in a court, backing on to a 7 acre park. The house has been updated in every way in recent years and has all the mod cons.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet on the outskirts of a large regional town. Traralgon has approx. 30,000 people, with an excellent shopping centre, lots of cafes and restaurants, a new performing arts centre, a movie theatre, gyms, very good sporting facilities and a large modern regional hospital.
this area is very central, 2 hours to Melbourne by freeway or train, 1 1/2 hrs to the coast (eg. Inverloch, Port Albert), less than 2 hours to Gippsland lakes, and close to the great dividing range.
