About this house sitting position in Treeby

We live on a semi rural property half an hour from the city, 5 acres with mostly native bush and kangaroos, may require mowing of 2 acres on ride on mower. and reticulation would need to be managed. Very peaceful environment.

The house is well maintained and approximately 10 years old, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garage and lots of other parking available.

We are on tank water and septic, hot water and stove are on cylinder gas. Power is solar but also connected to the grid. Winter heating is a wood fire.

We have a small aquarium but no other pets. Heaps of birdlife with black cockatoos calling in for a drink each evening.

We are wanting the house to be lived in, fish, pot plants, mail and garbage to be looked after. Other than this we are simply wanting our house sitters to enjoy our tranquil piece of paradise.
