All mod cons with air con, broadband internet, books +++,Solar cells and garden with pots only. Quiet street and neighbours. Currently one dog (20 - 30 minute walk every day) and one cat. Retired couple preferred as dog (male Boxer) is very affectionate and will pine if left alone for long periods.
