About this house sitting position in Upper Hermitage
Looking for a mature couple to live in a guest house on a hobby farm, to look after a very friendly maremma (3 years old, requires daily walk), a very independent cat (cross of bengal and egyptian mao) and 10 chooks that will allow you to enjoy free range eggs every day. there are sheep in the paddock, but they do not require anything, they are doing their work keeping grass in order on the paddock. the garden does not require much attention in winter but will offer plenty of greens to enjoy for healthy eating. public transport is available with 10 minute drive. the property is 30 minute drive from CBD but is considered agricultural land and is run on rainwater, septic tank and solar. normally all goes smoothly but some attention may be required.
