We have a 3 bedroom ground floor apartment with 3 en suites & double car garaging in an underground car park. One being used by owner with other available.
Includes a courtyard, atrium & large outside balcony.
One of the bedrooms is used as an office area.
There are 16 apartments in a boutique complex.
We also have a 3 year old toilet trained female desexed french bulldog who would need to be cared for (including cuddles) with 2 meals a day (morning & late afternoon). Walking dog is not required.
Plants would need to be watered.
