About this house sitting position in Vaucluse

Mature non smoking lady to housesit modest house, in a lovely Harbourside suburb in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.

The ideal applicant would be a non smoking garden minded lady. I do have a dog but the dog will be holidaying with me this time.
It is important to me that I meet the applicant before the housesit so would like someone who is able to come to meet before the housesit.

Watering of gardens is also required when necessary.
There are lovely beaches close by, also scenic cliff walks .

There is reliable public transport so a car is not necessary.
There is plenty of street parking.

Also to be considered, I do not have wifi. Also
I respectfully ask that couples do not reply to this ad, as the housesit is strictly for one lady only.
